Benchmark
The management tool that
let’s you measure performance against other milk
recording organizations
This service is offered by SERVICE-ICAR Srl, the
daughter company of the association ICAR.
Benchmark Service has been developed by ICAR as a
management tool to help its members to improve the
quality of their dairy herd recording service
through performance comparisons with those in other
countries or between local organizations.
The
leaflet, below available in various languages,
introduces in greater detail the scope of this
service at its 4th year.
What will you receive?
A
personalized benchmark score card comparing your
organization’s performance to the performance of
other organizations in more than 50 different
operational areas such as:

How
do your overhead costs compare?

How
much time do your staff spend testing each animal?
-
How
quickly do you get information back to customers?
-
How
much time do you spend training staff each year?
-
How
do your revenues and fees compare to others?
-
How
do you compare to other agencies in your country?
(minimum 5 agencies required from a country)
How do you get your Benchmark Report?

request the link to the on-line form where
submit the data.
2. Complete and return your input form by
November 15, 2011.
COST OF THE SERVICE!
300
Euro per organisation and 350 Euro if more than
250.000 cows are serviced.
